Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte

Jane Eyre is a young orphan being brought up by her cruel and rich aunt. She is sent away to boarding school which she looked forward to but here sadly life was far from ideal although she made a special friend. After the cruel headmaster left and was replaced her life improved and she became a teacher at Lowood school and went on to become a governess at Thornfield House- strange things happened there the house had secrets – or the owner Mr. Rochester had! A lovely story with many unexpected turns of events!
